I recently stayed at Hospederia Santa Cruz for a few nights and it was a truly unique experience. The old Monestary building added an eery, mysterious charm to the property. The staff was cordial and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the nearby attractions. The location, set in a reserve park next to Franco's monumental cathedral, was breathtaking. The rooms, though simple, were clean and offered beautiful views of the controversial monument. it was a different and affordable stay that I would recommend.
I would recommend this hotel.

A hidden gem in a secluded location, offering breathtaking views of the Valley of the Fallen and the great Cross. The serenity and peacefulness of the surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The dinner and breakfast options were reasonably priced and delicious. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this unique hotel experience. a must-visit for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Very clean rooms, good bathroom amenities. No TV, telephone, or in-room tea/coffee. Patchy Wi-Fi. Located within Valley of the Fallen park. Basilica holds remains of 40,000 lost in Spanish Civil War. Meals available for extra cost. Quirky staff.

It was the perfect place to spend a fun-filled day with our children, enjoying various activities and exploring the shops. The center had a lively atmosphere and offered something for everyone in the family.
My wife says that it would have been better if there was a kids' play area or a children's entertainment zone at the hotel.

The restaurant with mountain and Cruz de los caídos monument views is simply breathtaking. While enjoying a delicious meal, I couldn't help but feel like I was dining in a scene from a movie with a picturesque backdrop that took my breath away.
Limited breakfast choices.
